Account Manager in a construction field
Account management, project management and customer service (Zaandam, Amsterdam and surroundings).
REQUIREMENTS
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of Russian and English. Both oral and written, native and close to native level
- Skilled managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working fast and "on the go" (on mobile applications and PC)
- Experience or knowledge in construction/renovation, or interior design, or architecture
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, achieve sales targets
- High attention to detail
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- High readiness to answer the clients` questions and requests immediately
- Project management skills
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Dutch from A2 and higher
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing and scheduling leads
- Visiting clients to take measurements and collect information for an offer
- Selling the company and its services
- Documenting full project history
- Processing and managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously
- Communication with clients and construction workers before, during and after the renovation
- Translation oral and written
- Continuous sales reporting
The role is very dynamic; home, office and field based combined.
The company provides with a mobile phone, laptop and company car.
Internal company language is Russian.
