Job Description

A pivotal role in the business, unlocking capacity, nurturing your talent early in your consulting journey, and fostering a culture of dynamic thinkers with robust perspectives.
In your day by day, you assist in designing & analysing market research, synthesizing various data sets (using Excel and other analysis tools) and you translate the data into consumer Insights. You also create client presentations and support with solution creation, proposals and workshops (using Power Point and other tools).
Competencies
Analysts are expected to demonstrate the following competencies according to the Kantar Success Factors Framework (please note we are not expecting you to have them all already, but expected to be developed during the intensive training ground when assuming the role)
- Leads with Impact: communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, support on managing project timelines, and deliverables ensuring high-quality output on briefed tasks (deliverables include assisting with creating client presentations, material for clients’ workshops, drafting proposals and supporting the development and solution creation).
- Solves Problems Decisively: proficiently analyse, interpret, and synthetise qualitative and quantitative market data and insights, drawing strategic recommendation and developing logical solutions to problems (with guidance from senior staff). Support senior staff in problem-solving by preparing concise and pertinent information for internal meetings.
- Contextualises Meaningful Data: leverage Kantar's data sources and tools to understand and interpret market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Guides Business Action: Support creating work that is relevant and applicable to the client's reality and present it in an actionable manner.
- Owns Commercial Success: Contribute to achieving project KPIs and budget and support new business initiatives with the ability to generate new ideas and adapt quickly to changes.
- Connects to Win: Proactively build relationships with consulting colleagues and other Kantar teams to receive support and collaborate on the application of the Kantar offer.
- Builds Great Teams: With strong work ethic recognise the value of feedback, acting in line with our Kantar culture, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork.
- Drives Lasting Change: Have a good understanding of the different offerings within the practice areas and actively following the latest developments in it.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience with a preferred Bachelor’s and Master’s academic background in Business, Marketing, Analytics or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
