Regeneron looking for an Associate Director to lead and oversee market access strategies across our international oncology indirect markets. This pivotal role will ensure seamless execution of global market access initiatives and governance while fostering strong partnerships with our distribution partners. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, International Oncology Market Access, you will play a key role in driving performance and ensuring compliance in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

A Typical Day:
- Serve as the primary contact for Regeneron’s international distribution partners in all market access activities.
- Collaborate with partners to create tailored market access strategies and ensure alignment with Regeneron’s goals.
- Analyze existing market access strategies and provide actionable recommendations for specific regions.
- Develop and implement KPI metrics and governance processes to monitor and enhance partner performance.
- Support the Executive Director in conducting regular business reviews with distribution partners.
- Manage key market access milestones such as reimbursement approvals, pricing negotiations, and new indication launches.
- Facilitate accurate and efficient data exchange between Regeneron and distribution partners.
- Drive effective communication across organizations to achieve mutual commercial and compliance goals.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver value for all stakeholders.

To Be Considered:
We are looking for candidates with 8-10+ years of experience in Market Access, Commercial Operations, or Strategic Alliance roles in the pharmaceutical sector. A Bachelor’s degree is required, an MA or MBA is a plus. You should have an expert understanding of the pharma legal and regulatory environment, strong project management skills, and experience with external-facing activities. Familiarity with the ex-US pharmaceutical landscape and consulting or program management experience are preferred.
This role requires 25-30% travel, including weekends as needed.
