We are looking for a Banqueting Supervisor with a natural hospitable approach and who knows how to exceed guest expectations. As a Banqueting Supervisor, you will
oversee the smooth operation of all of our events, such as all-day conferences, elegant weddings, gala dinners, famous monthly brunches and many more.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Supervise and coordinate all banqueting events up to 1500 guests
- Contact person for our guests during events, to ensure the event runs smoothly;
- Manage and train banqueting staff (including outside labor team members), ensuring they adhere to hotel standards
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience in meeting & events.
- Natural leadership abilities with proven experience in team management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
