We're looking for a BI Analyst who's ready to take ownership of our BI data products, drive automation, transform data into insights for decision readiness, and push the boundaries of data maturity to take our data to the next level.
In this role, you'll work within the Data Strategy team, that serves the business as a center of excellence for integrating and evolving the data frameworks, products, maturity and insights at The Social Hub.
You'll work closely with your key stakeholders in hotel operations, marketing, experience, quality and revenue teams to team to build intuitive Power BI dashboards, own reporting projects from brief to build, and support our shift to more dynamic and predictive data products & solutions. You'll collaborate across the business with teams from digital to operations, marketing to finance shaping our data products and how teams access and use data. And you'll do it all with a sharp technical lens, a consultancy mindset, and are keen to utilise AI tools to automate and scale wherever possible. You are fluent in SQL and can work with data engineers to prepare data for crafting solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Build slick, business-ready dashboards in Power BI that tell the right story, fast.
- Translate stakeholder requests into structured KPIs and sustainable reporting.
- Design, tune, and troubleshoot data logic using SQL, DAX, and build semantic models.
- Own reporting solutions end-to-end, including metric standardization and documentation.
- Partner with engineering to ensure clean, scalable, validated and high quality data pipelines
- Enable power users and business teams to self-serve with confidence (including workshops and documentation).
- Prototype predictive models, automate processes, and explore advanced analytics where it makes sense.
- Be a champion for smart, scalable, business-first BI across the organization.
Who you are:
- 3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data storytelling roles.
- Strong Power BI (preferred) or similar experience including DAX, performance tuning, and dashboard design.
- Solid SQL skills and a good grasp of semantic data modelling.
- Experience with Python or R for data exploration or automation (or both).
- Well-versed in GDPR & The Data Act.
- Masters in a data related field e.g. : statistics, data science, business analytics, big data, econometrics, behavioral science, business intelligence or similar fields or equitable experience, validated by peers
- Proven stakeholder skills : you know how to ask the right questions and explain complex things clearly.
- Analytical thinker with a creative spark.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are beneficial.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience with Azure, Databricks or cloud analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with predictive models, version control, ML or DevOps basics.
- Background in hospitality, property or other data-rich, fast-moving environments.
