Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our client's team, focusing on Third Party Maintenance (TPM) and IT services. Whether you are an experienced professional or a junior sales talent eager to prove yourself, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on a commission-based structure with significant growth potential.
As part of our IT-hardware service team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our TPM offerings. Candidates with experience in pre-sales and a strong desire to transition into sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TPM market.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the TPM department.
- Actively participate in the development and scaling of the department over time.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or pre-sales role within the IT-hardware service industry.
- In-depth understanding of Third Party Maintenance (TPM) services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Ambitious mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference for candidates located in the Amsterdam region; however, candidates from other European locations with the same time zone will be considered.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based remuneration structure.
