Wat ga je doen?
Als Capaciteit Planner bij Prysmian Emmen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt planning en productie proces. Ook ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van onze eindproducten. Je houdt je bezig met het plannen, coördineren en monitoren van alle activiteiten die binnen je verantwoordelijkheid gebied vallen. Jij zorgt ervoor samen met Productie en Verkoop dat het eindproduct op het juiste moment beschikbaar is door optimaal gebruik te maken van de beschikbare capaciteit.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
Opstellen en beheren van de productieplanning op basis van vraag en capaciteit;
Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus om beschikbaarheid te waarborgen;
Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van eindproducten op basis van verkoopvoorspellingen;
Verhogen van de servicegraad richting onze klanten;
Coördineren tussen verkoop, productie en grondstoffenplanning;
Begeleiden van de introductie en uitfasering van producten;
Signaleren en implementeren van verbeterkansen in processen;
Monitoren van prestaties via KPI’s en bijsturen waar nodig.
Initiëren van verbetervoorstellen en succesvolle implementatie
Functie-eisen:
Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding ;
Je hebt grote affiniteit IT systemen/software pakketten, waarbij ervaring met SAP een pre is;
Je hebt sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
Je bent overtuigend, stressbestendig en enthousiast;
Je bent resultaatgericht ,daadkrachtig en ambitieus;
In staat om integraal te denken met oog voor details.
