Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes from the à la carte menu
- Maintain high culinary standards and food consistency
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock control
- Work independently during service and prep
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- English at minimum B2 level
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Committed to long-term work (minimum 9 months)
