Your Role in Our Story:
- Maintaining mise en place for smooth service operations
- Preparing high-quality culinary dishes and components mainly consisting of fresh ingredients.
- Finalizing dishes by portioning, plating, performing à la minute cooking tasks, garnishing, and checking presentation.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, ensuring everything is in place to meet guest expectations.
- Ensure food preparation is done efficiently, following all hygiene and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the kitchen.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
