Together with the commerce management team, you focus on commercial performance, profitability and strategic growth. Responsibilities
As Commercial Business Partner you are responsible for the complete FP&A cycle of our commercial branch. You work closely with the Director Commerce, the commerce team, marketing and colleagues at the head office in Switzerland.
What you do:
- You advise and manage pricing strategies, turnover maximization and commercial business cases.
- You regularly speak to customers and insurers, while monitoring profitability.
- You develop sales forecasts, draw up budgets and manage them.
- You analyze customer behavior, consumption data and market trends and translate this into strategic insights for management.
- You monitor the financial coherence between sales, marketing and other business units such as our laboratory.
- You provide monthly analyses and insights. Using rolling forecasts, you manage sales P&L performance.
- You are a sparring partner for the sales management team and report to the Manager FP&A. You work closely with the international team in Switzerland
Requirements
- WO working and thinking level, preferably a background in business economics or controlling (RC is a plus);
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and can also express yourself very well in English, both orally and in writing.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, business control, FP&A or management consulting;
- Strong analytical skills, experience with forecasting, pricing and scenario analysis; strong in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in complex commercial environments (healthcare or insurance sector is a plus);
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, also towards external parties;
- Curiosity, a critical eye and a sharp commercial antenna.
