What are you going to do?


  • Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.

  • Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

  • You will be involved in cold, warm, and pastry sections.

  • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.

  • Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized in line with the current HACCP guidelines.

  • Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.


What are we looking for?


  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is a must;

  • Ideally an experience with either cold sections and/or patisserie;

  • Understanding the HACCP regulations;

  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment;

  • You feel comfortable working in an open kitchen;

  • Must be able to communicate in English language.
