We’re now looking for a Conversation Designer to join our Design Team - someone passionate about crafting intelligent and intuitive voice and chat experiences that elevate how people connect with technology.
This is the first Conversational Designer position at Nextview. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach conversational design across our platforms, with a special focus on Agentforce. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build this capability from the ground up - helping us define best practices, select the right tools and technologies, and create meaningful, user-centered conversational experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Conversation Designer, you’ll be at the heart of crafting meaningful, intuitive voice and chat experiences for Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Generative AI-powered solutions. You’ll work across multiple industries and client engagements, applying your skills in a fast-paced consulting environment where no two projects are the same. Your role goes beyond writing prompts - you'll shape conversations that feel natural, empathetic, and distinctly human. Working closely with our design, AI, and development teams, you’ll turn complex business goals into engaging, lifelike interactions that build trust, reduce friction, and truly resonate with users.
- Lead the design of AI-driven conversations that feel human, build trust, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Accelerate adoption of virtual agents by creating intuitive, brand-aligned experiences for top European brands
- Facilitate workshops and co-create with clients, presenting ideas and leading discussions that influence stakeholders from CX leads to C-suite executives
- Design compelling, user-centric conversational flows for both text and voice interfaces, ensuring interactions feel natural, intuitive, and aligned with user needs.
- Define and maintain distinct conversational personas, tone of voice, and interaction strategies that reflect brand identity and resonate with users.
- Lead discovery workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover user pain points, map customer journeys, and align conversation design to business goals.
- Build and refine NLU/NLP models, intents, and utterances using platforms such as Salesforce AI Agent Builder (formerly Einstein Bots)
- Prototype and test dialog flows using selected tools that ensure validating ideas quickly and iteratively.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, developers and QA teams across the full delivery lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Continuously analyze live agent interactions, leveraging user data and feedback to identify improvements, optimize experiences, and boost agent effectiveness.
WHAT YOU BRING
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in the Netherlands or the UK&I. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.
- 3+ years of experience designing conversational experiences, ideally with LLMs or AI-driven products
- Strong knowledge of conversational AI, chatbot/voicebot design, and NLU/NLP concepts
- Hands-on experience with tools tools to support great experience design
- A human-centred mindset, with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
- Strong visual communication and prototyping skills
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with agile, cross-functional teams and consulting environments
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with SSML, NLG, or speech synthesis techniques
- Experience designing in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce AI Agent Builder
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and Generative AI
