What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Manufacturing lifting equipment based on client specifications
- Operating machinery, forklifts, and cranes to handle heavy materials
- Inspecting, testing, and performing basic repairs on lifting gear
- Following strict safety procedures to protect yourself and your team
What You Bring
- Basic English communication skills (A2 level or higher)
- Your own means of transportation (our location is not accessible by public transport)
- Physical strength and a readiness for manual work
You Are Someone Who
- Is motivated to build a long-term career as a skilled craftsman
- Works well in a team — most tasks are done in pairs or small groups
- Can follow instructions and stay focused during physical tasks
- Lives in or near the Rotterdam area
What We Offer
- A gross monthly salary of approx. €2,400
- Fixed working hours: 06:00 – 14:45 (Mon–Thu), and 06:00 – 13:45 on Fridays — enjoy an early weekend start!
- Daily breaks: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
- 27 vacation days per year
- 16 ADV hours, with part compensated through your short Fridays
- Paid overtime
