Credit Administration Officer- Orco Bank (Cur)
General Purpose:
The Officer is responsible for preparing all Credit Facilities Agreements and security deeds for Retail, Platinum Banking, Corporate, Orco Bank and Retail / Corporate Special Assets. He/she carries out the administration of the loan facilities in our core banking system.
Position Highlights
- Prepare Credit Facilities Agreement and security documents for various departments.
- Prepare retail and business lending Credit Facilities Agreements and security documents for Orco Bank.
- Administer general account maintenance, loan disbursements, and other transaction-related entries in the core banking system.
- Perform complex interest, fee, and other calculations related to account payoffs and dispute settlements.
- Handle incoming embargos in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Manage request and release letters with notary offices.
- Oversee mortgage loan processing and notary administration.
- Maintain and update non-standard analyses and reports, including delinquency, disbursed and undisbursed loan reports for Retail and Platinum Banking, and embargo reports.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Team player with a customer service mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamento; fair knowledge of Spanish.
