About the role
The Customer Success team comprises highly skilled professionals in the Netherlands, and the USA. We’re focusing on improving our scalability across the board and looking for an intern to help drive this initiative. You'll have a real opportunity to impact our customers and revenue.
As a CS Ops and Program Intern, you’ll support the operational backbone of our Customer Success team by building automation and playbooks, dashboards and other visuals to streamline the customer journey and empower our CS team to be more efficient. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to improve customer experience through backend program design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop playbooks for key account milestones such as renewal planning, automated outreach, and proposal/negotiation.
Assist in building and refining internal workflows and automated customer touchpoints.
Facilitate CS productivity by developing dashboards and views in our CRM.
Help maintain data accuracy between our tools.
Deliver Program reporting for easy evaluation of the success of each programs.
Collaborate with the data and CS teams to optimize engagement processes and tooling.
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Statistics, Operations, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Interest in SaaS customer lifecycle operations and tooling
Exposure to CRM tools or customer success platforms is a plus

Compensation: 750–1000€ /month based on your skills and experience
