Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Sales Support in our business in the EMEA region. You are a service-oriented person who understand the costumers’ needs and work effectively across culture. With your knowledge and experience, you contribute to the enlargement of our EMEA market presence by supporting our Sales team and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast data to support supply planning.
- Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and inbound schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, factories, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
- Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
- Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field
- Minimum 2 years working experience with SAP in supply chain management role within a dynamic international environment
- At least basic import-export related knowledge
- Proficient SAP transactions and Office Software knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- It’s a plus to have a experience with data analysis tools(ex. POWER BI/R/SQL……etc)
- Working experience within an international organization
- Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizing and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to make quick judgments to suit differing customers’ requests and international mindset
- Strong team player who is also able to manage different stakeholders independently with high self-quality work
- Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Mandarin is a plus
