As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you help customers in German by phone and email. You listen carefully, think along, and solve questions about orders, deliveries or payments. Most of the time, you work from home, with plenty of space to truly help customers. You leave every customer with a smile and a clear answer.

Can do
- Speak and write fluent German. This will be assessed via a language test and roleplay.
- Reach Rotterdam Central Station within 90 minutes.
- Be at least 18 years old on your first workday (due to working hours).
