Take ownership
Develop and implement effective processes, monitoring systems, and documentation practices specifically to optimize data workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Mentor and guide team members in the data team to cultivate a strategic mindset, ensuring they understand objectives and are equipped to tackle roadblocks with a focus on long-term development.
Design and execute a comprehensive data infrastructure strategy that addresses risks and ensures stability and scalability, aligning with bunq’s growth objectives.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale data infrastructure projects.
Experienced in building and leading high-performing data engineering teams.
Expertise in NLP and LLMs and skills particularly in Python and FastAPI.
Familiarity with deploying AI models using AWS and Docker for effective cloud management.
Fluent English skills for effective communication.
