Are you passionate about fashion, data, and how things run behind the scenes of an online store? This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and logistics, working closely with our operations team. Please note: this internship is only available to students currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
Duration
40 hours per week, from September 2025.

Structured and detail-oriented
Strong interest in e-commerce, logistics, and fashion
Proactive problem solver
Motivated and hands-on mindset
Curious and eager to learn
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus
Tasks
Entering, updating, and optimizing product data in Shopify (descriptions, prices, stock levels, images)
Managing and processing incoming and outgoing orders through Shopify and internal systems
Analyzing webshop performance metrics (traffic, conversions, product performance)
Assisting with product launches, promotional setups, and content scheduling within Shopify
Processing returns and assisting with e-commerce customer service
Ensuring product content meets brand standards and is correctly displayed
Supporting the logistics and operations team with accurate stock management
Performing light administrative tasks such as maintaining order sheets and sales reports
