We are seeking a Employee Journey Expert with a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end learning journeys that support the growth of tech talent at ING. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our learning programs.
Roles and responsibilities
Learning Journey Design & Development:
Design and implement structured, engaging, and scalable learning journeys tailored to the needs of tech professionals.
Apply instructional design principles to create blended learning experiences (e.g., workshops, e-learnings, peer learning, etc.).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to co-create content that aligns with business goals and learner needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, HR, and tech domains to identify learning needs and co-develop solutions.
Manage multiple stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in for learning initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning journeys and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
Oversee the end-to-end experience of Tech Class trainees, from selection and onboarding to development and graduation:
Coordinate rotations, workshops, coaching sessions, and events that support the personal and professional growth of trainees.
Facilitate career conversations and help trainees transition into permanent roles within ING.
Foster a vibrant learning community among trainees, alumni, and internal experts.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or program coordination.
Proven ability to design and implement impactful learning journeys.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in coordinating learning programs in a tech or corporate environment.
A proactive, flexible, and hands-on mindset with a strategic outlook.
Fluency in English.
