You are an experienced and strategic business architect with a solid foundation in IT and engineering. You bring a combination of deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and a strong conceptual mindset. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures. Fluency in English is essential, and Dutch is a plus.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Take ownership of the business architecture for the Engineering Journey domain
Lead and guide a team of 6 solution architects to ensure architectural alignment
Oversee the migration of IT Service Management to HaloITSM (cloud-based)
Support the development of Nexa Portal and Nexa Intelligence platforms
Collaborate with business and tech leads to drive the area’s vision and delivery
AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE
Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ in architecture roles
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent conceptual thinking and strategic translation abilities
Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is preferred
