- Act as a business partner by liaising and engaging with key stakeholders throughout the organization and teaming up with other (business) controllers
- Participate in projects and discussions and proactively provide advice to (senior) management
- Drive quality and efficiency improvements for your (process) areas by pro-actively initiating and participating in cross functional end-to-end process improvement initiatives
- Actively monitor and execute (system) controls to ensure financial data integrity
We are looking for ambitious finance professionals who understand the dynamics and challenges of the production process in a multinational company. You are proactive, customer-oriented, and analytically strong and able to jump between day-to-day operations and projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or comparable
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a finance position, preferably in an international organization
- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS, as well as advances knowledge of internal control and SOX requirements
- Preferably knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledgeable Excel skills. SAP, ERP and Business Intelligence software experience is preferred
- Available for 32-40 hours per week
