Your mission

In this role, you are responsible for the successful management of the global spares portfolio at the product, category, and SKU levels, in close collaboration with the Spares teams at both central and local (country) levels. This role includes strategy development and deployment, product lifecycle management, financial performance monitoring, and market analysis. The Portfolio Manager ensures operational excellence in the spare parts management process, from forecast to delivery, ensuring parts availability, cost reduction, and improved customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role, based out of Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. To ensure collaboration, we invite you to work from our Apeldoorn office 2-3 days per week (good2know: we also have a hub in Amsterdam). We support your home office setup, travel costs, and offer flexibility to work in a hybrid way.

You will work closely with R&D, local product and sales teams, supply chain, service, and training.

You act as the strategic link between business priorities and operational execution, with sustainability and profitability as key focus areas.

What you’ll do

•   Extensive experience in product management or portfolio strategy
•   Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a multinational, matrixed environment
