The Talent Management (TM) Manager is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and advancing BAM’s talent management agenda, aligned with the BAM Experience and our commitment to fostering sustainable career development for all employees. Working in close partnership with the Group Talent Management Director, the TM Manager co-develops and executes the Talent Management Strategic Roadmap to ensure alignment, impact, and future readiness across the organization.
This role holds direct ownership for talent management initiatives at Group level, with a particular focus on BAM’s senior leadership population. The TM Manager leads the strategy, design, and implementation of Group-wide talent solutions, while guiding and aligning divisional efforts—acknowledging that each division operates its own Center of Expertise (CoE).
Collaborating closely with divisional Talent Managers, the TM Manager co-creates frameworks, tools, and programs across key areas such as the annual talent review process, career development (internal mobility), succession planning, and talent visibility. This role is pivotal in driving a consistent, high-impact, and future-focused talent approach across BAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with BAM’s business objectives, Strategic Workforce Management (SWM) -and talent agenda.
- Lead succession planning initiatives focused on identifying and nurturing future leaders within the senior leadership group.
- Drive talent review processes and enable targeted development strategies that support rewarding and sustainable careers at BAM.
- Collaborate in the design and deployment of high-quality talent development solutions (e.g., SWM), ensuring alignment with broader organizational development goals.
- Lead talent visibility initiatives to promote employee growth and mobility; own visibility strategy for ExCo and co-create approaches with divisional stakeholders.
- Contribute to employee engagement by integrating talent strategies that boost workplace satisfaction, retention, and internal mobility.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices related to talent management.
- Promote and embed talent evaluation tools and content to empower leaders in identifying and developing high-potential talent and endorsement of internal mobility.
- Work closely with colleagues in Performance and Learning to ensure consistent alignment across the full Performance & Development lifecycle.

- A salary between € 6.260,- and € 9.030,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and excludes 8% holiday pay;
- Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the Construction and Infrastructure collective labor agreement, such as a budget for sustainable employability (2,18%), variable compensation, 25 vacation days, 15 schedule free days and 3 short-term absenteeism days per calendar year;

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent space: management, workforce planning, or a similar strategic HR role.
- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent (development) programs.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and tools for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with talent management systems and digital HR platforms is preferred.
