Building our collective: People & Culture leadership
At ADC, our people are our most important asset. As a collective, we grow together, challenge each other, and continuously invest in our culture and development.
We’re looking for our new Head of People & Culture! This isn’t just another HR role - it’s a unique opportunity to shape how our collective grows and thrives across borders. You’ll lead the P&C function with a focus on performance management, learning and development, and employee experience. We're looking for someone who doesn’t just come up with ideas, but someone who can turn “vision-to-action", values to processes. And get people on board along the way.
If you’re a strategic doer with a process mindset and experience navigating complex people challenges in a professional services setting, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
Lead a thriving People & Culture function
Design and execute a clear P&C roadmap that supports our build & buy strategy, blending global consistency with local ownership;
Be a visible, strategic partner to local leadership: advising on people decisions and shaping how we grow;
Turn vision into action: lead projects with clear outcomes and timelines and ensure change sticks across the organisation;
Build a clear annual P&C calendar: aligning performance and strategic priorities and driving visibility and consistent delivery.
Champion the P&C team: prioritise the team’s engagement and growth, foster team connection, and act as a sparring partner.
Drive performance, growth, and clarity across the employee journey
Lead the performance management cycle: from structure to meaningful reviews that go beyond ticking boxes;
Co-lead Learning & Development, driving core L&D programs, building a learning culture, and implementing the LMS;
Provide reliable employee experience: legal compliance, HR operations, and employee support are handled with care and transparency.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment with growth and culture.
Scale culture to power transformation
Embed our values into everyday behaviours, decisions, and rituals: from feedback to recognition;
Lead post-acquisition integration and change journeys, ensuring people and culture remain at the heart of how we grow;
Navigate complexity with clarity and drive excellence in a high-growth environment, with a build & buy strategy.
What you bring
10+ years in senior People & Culture or HR leadership roles, ideally in fast-growing, multi-country professional services or consulting environments.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing People & Culture teams.
Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, and change management at scale.
Experience in post-acquisition integration or managing organisational transitions is highly valued.
Solid operational understanding of HR processes, including compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and build trust across diverse teams.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
