What you'll bring
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and do you enjoy working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly? Then we’re looking for you! As our part-time HR Officer (or working student), you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the HR department. Your main focus will be contractmanagement, HR administration, and assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- You enjoy administrative tasks and have an eye for detail;
- You are proactive and like supporting others;
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- You are currently studying (preferably HR, Business Administration, or related), or recently graduated;
- You are available 12–16 hours per week (spread flexibly across 2–3 days);
- Experience with HR systems such as Nmbrs is a plus;
- You live in or near Amsterdam.
