- Handling food and beverage orders via phone or system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Providing guests with a refined and memorable dining experience in the comfort of their rooms.
- Maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with both guests and colleagues.
- Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlets when needed, contributing to a smooth and collaborative operation.
