Internship – E2E Supply Chain Analyst
Are you a data-driven student with a passion for supply chain optimization and continuous improvement? Join HEINEKEN as an E2E Supply Chain Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience in analyzing end-to-end processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic supply chain environment.
The internship
As an E2E Supply Chain Analyst Intern you will support the monitoring and analysis of E2E supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies. You will collaborate with various teams within Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. And you will help develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI. The exact project description will be done in consultation, also depending on your interests.

The department
The department you will be working in is the “CS&L Business Excellence”. Within this department we are looking across departments to optimize the supply chain from an E2E perspective and try to use data in our advantage. As it is a relatively new department, there is a lot of opportunity to implement new ideas!
The terms of employment
- Your starting date is 1 September 2025
- The internship is fulltime
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- You will be based in Leiden
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (from home/in the office)
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and affinity with data and process improvement.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
