At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented HR Intern in Amsterdam to support our HR team.
What will your role be?
You will be reporting directly into HRBP in the following activities:
- Implementation of diverse projects ranging from employee experience to policy implementation
- Reviewing and improving employee onboarding
- Supporting initiatives to foster gender equity across the organization
- Analyzing and Reporting on key HR metrics
- Ad-hoc supports
Who are we looking for?
You’re the right fit for this internship whether you:
- Good communication skills: English + Spanish
- Mandatory to be able to make a 6-month agreement with the university
- Strong analytical skills (Excel guru appreciated)
- Critical thinking is essential
- You are solution-oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment
