Internship Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Management Intern to join our team in Breda. This internship provides valuable, hands-on experience in inventory control and reverse logistics, with a focus on managing returned and decommissioned electronic products.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the efficient handling, tracking, and documentation of electronic components and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control
- Assist with physical and system-based checks of inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy in documentation and labeling.
- Support regular inventory counting and reconciliation across two warehouse facilities,helping to identify and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support shipment planning and inventory optimization.
Audit & Compliance Assistance
- Help ensure timely processing of outbound shipments and notify relevant teams upon completion.
- Support internal checks and client audits by providing accurate inventory documentation as needed.
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist in preparing and verifying shipment documents (Delivery Notes, Packing Lists, CMR, etc.) in compliance with company and carrier guidelines.
- Suggest and support improvements to inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and operational workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Management, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material consolidation and shipment coordination.
- Learn and follow health & safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
Requirements:
- Currently studying in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic data analysis).
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS or inventory platforms (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese or another European language is an advantage.
