The Role And Your Challenge
Altura is scaling fast, and our need for high-quality content is growing with it. With new campaigns, product launches, and markets, we need to deliver clear, engaging, and visually stunning experiences, fast.
As Jr. Graphic Design & Content Specialist, you’ll work across the entire marketing team to deliver best-in-class visual content. From web illustrations and animations to paid ads and social media content — you’ll help shape how the world sees Altura.
This is a part-time role with high creative ownership and strong execution focus. You’ll use both your design skills and AI tools to create, iterate, and elevate our brand presence across channels.
You Will
Visual Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of compelling visual content – including video and editing, graphics, animations, illustrations, infographics, layouts, templates, videos, and social media creatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across marketing domains – to develop brand-aligned creative assets that enhance conversion, boost engagement, and deliver a clear, consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
Content Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end execution of content – from publishing social media posts to writing copy for blogs, websites, and whitepapers. By blending your visual design skills, sense for compelling copy, and the smart use of AI tools, you ensure content is consistently delivered and assets are pushed over the finish line on time.
AI-Powered Production: Leverage advanced AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT to streamline creative production, generate first-draft copy, ideate new concepts, and bring content to life with speed and consistency.
Evolving the Brand: Continuously refine and evolve Altura’s visual identity by creating high-impact visuals that not only stay true to our brand guidelines, but also push creative boundaries. Your work doesn’t just reinforce our brand — it moves it forward.
You Have
Knowledge and experience in videography and editing.
Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding.
Working knowledge of graphic design, animation and visual storytelling.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.
An eye for quality and a sense of ownership — you take pride in your work and iterate fast.
Ability to write or refine copy using AI tools — ads, banners, social media, whitepapers and basic landing page text.
Bonus: Familiarity with B2B SaaS, web design, or conversion-focused content.

You prefer long, drawn-out feedback cycles and perfectionism. If you’re not comfortable delivering “good enough” versions fast and improving from there, this might not be a fit.
You aren’t comfortable learning and using AI tools for design or copywriting.

The Workplace
Altura is a fast-growing B2B AI SaaS company with great ambitions.
We developed an end-to-end platform that enables bid teams to manage and win complex bids, both in the public and private sectors. We use artificial intelligence to connect bid teams to company resources, automate the bidding process and assist proactively with tasks and insights.
In 2022, we launched Altura. Since then, things have taken off. Our team has grown from 8 to 50 people, and the momentum is still going strong.
