Junior Company Lawyer - Early Talent Program

CSC's Early Talent Program prepares you over a 12-month period for a position in legal services. At the end of the program, you will be a fully trained and all set to for a brilliant career within our organization.
Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Ensure that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations
- Assist with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures
- Assist the clients’ client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance
- Enable the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters
- Keep the records of the client entities up to date
- Sustain and strength our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services
- Act as a gatekeeper and make sure we protect the financial system, and WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- A bachelor’s degree in law (or equivalent), ideally in Dutch Law
- Knowledge of, or willingness to gain deep understanding of, Dutch regulatory frameworks, particularly Wtt 2018 (preferred), Wwft 2018, and Sanctions regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of English and Dutch (spoken and written).
- Confident drafting and organisational skills.
