Our platform connects inventory of spare parts from partners throughout Europe, allowing them to sell obsolete and slow-moving items in our online shop. About the role:
We are looking for a Junior Customer Service & Order Fulfillment to provide exceptional service to our customers and partners located all over Europe. As a Customer Service specialist, you will:
- Take care of order fulfillment within our ERP platform and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
- Look after the After Sales activity and logistic follow up of the orders
- When needed, proactively engage by phone and/or email with customers and partners to swiftly address issues with timely solutions.
- Address customer queries and claims by collaborating with our suppliers, other internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by continuously improving our operations.

You:
- Are driven and proactive with strong customer focus.
- Are fluent in English and Dutch and other European languages. Proficiency of German and Italian are a plus.
- Are comfortable with using multiple cloud-based systems, such as ERPs, Ticketing tools, eCommerce platforms, and basic Microsoft/ Google software (Mainly documents and Spreadsheets).
- Have a good eye for detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Preferably, have 1 to 5 years of customer service experience or as logistic specialist (Experience is not mandatory, if you are willing to learn, we want to hear from you)
- Are a team player but can also work independently if needed.
- You want to have fun at work while you excel in your performance.
