With the rapid growth of our Wholesale business, we are looking for a Digital Trade Marketeer to help drive the digital acceleration of our key campaigns and programs across our Wholesale partners, including department stores, perfumeries, and online retailers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing digital trade marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution of assets, and contributing to the growth of Rituals in a multi-brand environment.
You will be part of the Global Trade Marketing team that operates at the intersection of Marketing and Wholesale at Rituals. Within this team, you develop impactful online campaigns for 360 Trade Marketing campaigns to boost the Rituals brand for our Wholesale partners globally.
Meet the team
As part of the Digital Trade Marketing team, you will work closely with local Wholesale teams and key partners to ensure consistent, impactful, and data-driven digital campaigns. You will collaborate with Trade Marketing, eCommerce, and Commercial teams to align digital activations with the overarching Wholesale strategy.
Your responsibilities
The ideal candidate understands the online touchpoints and has a proven track record of successfully utilizing these digital touchpoints to drive brand awareness, engagement, and results. You are an engaging communicator who can inspire teams and partners to action. Next to that, you will:
- Contribute to creating and implementing the digital content strategy for online Wholesale partners (e.g., Sephora, Douglas, Zalando, and De Bijenkorf).
- Drive and coordinate the end-to-end flow of digital assets (visuals & copy) between global marketing teams and our in-house creative departments, ensuring seamless delivery and adaptation for local wholesale teams and external partners.
- Analyze Product Detail Page (PDP) and Digital Shelf performance, using insights to optimize content and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and implement brand store strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and partner requirements.
- Setup review campaigns with an external agency for our hero products
- Act as a key stakeholder for Trade Marketing campaigns & programs, supporting local Wholesale teams with best practices and execution guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented digital trade marketing programs, including ROI assessment and areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of digital trade marketing trends, identifying new opportunities and best practices for campaign execution.
- Create ready-to-use social media packs for each campaign, with visuals and copy adapted to Wholesale needs and partner requirements.
Bring all of you
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Trade Marketing, eCommerce, or a similar field.
- A background in Retail or agency experience, preferably within the Cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Experienced in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and successful project execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical mindset: capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Pré is familiarity with marketing technology tools (DAM, PXM, Asana).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Positive "can-do" attitude, strong team player, capable of both collaborative and autonomous work.

Location and Working Conditions
While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively. This role is based in Amsterdam at our Central Head Office. You’ll primarily work onsite, with occasional travel to local head offices across Europe.
