Company Description
Hi there, potential colleague! Join us in our mission to become a driver of positive change in the eyewear industry.
Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as we’re looking for a talented and hands-on Junior Operations & Logistics Coordinator.
As the Junior Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations across our B2B and B2C order flows. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our warehouse partner (3PL) and internal teams to help ensure smooth logistics and operational processes. You'll play an important role in identifying and flagging issues, supporting process improvements, and keeping communication clear across departments.
You’ll be part of a dynamic environment and gain broad exposure to supply chain and logistics functions, making this an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn and grow. You’ll report directly to the Head of Supply Chain, with a dotted line to the Senior Operations & Logistics Specialist, who will help guide your day-to-day development.
You will...
- Support daily operations with our 3PL partner by monitoring order flows and raising issues as needed
- Assist in tracking and resolving exceptions across our order processes.
- Help respond to internal questions and logistical challenges from HQ and retail teams.
- Maintain and update information systems, such as order and return data in our logistics platform.
- Prepare input for weekly and monthly 3PL performance reviews.
- Coordinate and document follow-ups from meetings with the 3PL.
- Support the Operations & Logistics Lead and broader Supply Chain team with administrative tasks and project work.
- Contribute to small improvement initiatives with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Help coordinate the flow of information between internal teams and external partners.
You have...
- A Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or and/or equivalent working experience.
- 1–2 years experience in a logistics or operational support role (experience with 3PLs or order flows is a plus).
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English.
- An organised, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and enjoy working with a variety of teams.
What's in it for you...
- A competitive salary
- A flexible hybrid work environment
- 25 holidays per year (based on full time), plus additional tenure based days (2 extra days after 1 year and 3 days extra after 2 years of employment)
- Company pension plan
- Travel reimbursement if you live more than 10kms from our HQ
- Wellbeing: a collab with ClassPass and free access to unlimited mental health support via our partner OpenUp
- Continuous free updates of your eyewear collection plus great discounts!
- Daily nutritious lunch and healthy snacks
- Participation in events planned by our CultureClub (e.g. Borrel XXL, &talks, holiday gifting, ...)
