What you’ll do
- Support the senior Portfolio Management team in tracking, analyzing, and actioning strategic priorities
- Work closely with the rest of the Portfolio Management team and other teams within the business to coordinate and drive country-specific initiatives
- Perform in-depth asset- and portfolio-level analysis (leasing, occupancy, Capex, NOI, etc.) and prepare high-quality reporting on past, current and projected performance
- Demonstrate strong commercial asset and market knowledge enabling you to explain the portfolio’s performance
- Build relationships across departments to make sure we’re appropriately managing key business metrics and processes like lease administration, onboarding, arrears, system issues, governance and sustainability
- Track and drive progress on other workstreams such as creation and management of the reporting policies and procedures
- Prepare presentations to C-suite, shareholder meetings and asset management leadership team
What you’ll bring
- Up to 3 years’ experience in a relevant area, ideally in private equity, audit, consulting or asset management, and preferably with a focus on real estate
- A strong academic background (Bachelor or Master’s degree) in a relevant area, for example in Finance or Real Estate studies.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with expert command of Excel. Knowledge of Yardi, Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to manage and oversee many projects and ad-hoc requests at the same time and skill in prioritizing tasks
- Your excellent problem-solving skills. You know how to solve problems and have the tenacity to get things done
- Commercial mindset and great communication skills. You understand the numbers and you can explain to others what they mean
- Superb interpersonal skills. You’re a team player who thrives in our fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities effectively. You have a knack for building relationships across all areas within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding command of English. Additional language skills are a plus
