Your mission
Join our airframe team and contribute to the design, development, and certification of the aircraft’s primary and secondary structure. As a Working Student Airframe (all genders), you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation aircraft structure and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Your Day-to-Day
- Perform, document and present trade studies and analysis for airframe design decisions.
- Perform design and analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures using industry standard tools like 3DX, Altair and HyperX.
- Contribute to the airframe architecture and interface definition of various Systems
- Collaborate with the team to integrate various Systems into the aircraft structure.
- Conduct research and benchmarking of relevant technologies and suppliers and assist in their selection.
Your profile
- You are currently studying Aerospace Engineering (or a related field) and are looking for a mandatory internship.
- You are passionate about the electrification of aviation.
- You have a good understanding of design and analysis of aircraft structures
- Knowledge of relevant certification standards (EASA CS-23, CS-ACNS, DO-160, DO-178 or SAE ARP4754) is a plus.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach to your work.
- You are proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km. We offer new optimized design based on proven principles, around proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings lowest risk and shortest route to certification.
