As we continue to expand, we are looking to strengthen our team with a dynamic and versatile Marketing Assistant. Your Role
As our new Marketing Assistant, you will play a key part in helping us execute both digital marketing initiatives and broader marketing projects. You will also contribute to managing product certification processes and supporting the development of a new online platform for client access to product information.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with colleagues across many countries.
Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing & Communications
- Support website content updates and optimization (working with external web agency)
- Help plan, create and post content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist in drafting newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Support development of marketing presentations and client-facing materials
Market & Marketing Projects
- Conduct desk research on markets, competitors, and trends
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management and sales
- Help coordinate and execute marketing projects and campaigns
Product Certification & Compliance
- Coordinate product certification projects with external laboratories (fire, acoustic, VOC emissions, sustainability certifications, etc.)
- Communicate with suppliers to gather technical documentation required for certifications
- Manage internal records and keep certification data organized and accessible
Online Platform Project
- Support the creation of a new client-facing online platform that provides access to product data and certifications
- Coordinate content collection and organization for the platform
- Help manage platform development in cooperation with digital partners
Your Profile
- Interest in digital marketing, product marketing, and project management
- Affinity for process-oriented work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable interacting with external parties (labs, suppliers)
- Proactive, flexible, and a team player
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage but not required
- Open to use AI tools to improve efficiency of your work
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing support or project coordination roles
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CMS, social media platforms, email marketing)
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing or product marketing is a plus
- Experience with project tools (e.g. Trello, Asana) is an advantage
