Ticketmaster is a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.
Our vision is to connect people around the world to the live events they love – and we are now seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Manager to lead Ticketmaster’s marketing efforts in the Dutch market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and combines strategic thinking with a very hands-on approach.
THE JOB
At Ticketmaster, we are looking for an inspirational Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing efforts to drive demand and sales in the fast-moving live entertainment industry. In this role, you will oversee a variety of responsibilities that include shaping the strategic direction for the brand and nurturing strong client relationships, while empowering a team of five marketing professionals to bring ideas to life and deliver impact campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
This position requires both a strong strategic outlook and hands-on responsibilities for daily operations. Therefore, the ideal candidate has experience across all digital marketing channels and will act as a natural leader to motivate, prioritize and bring direction to the team - especially when things move fast and priorities shift. While you are not responsible for day-to-day execution yourself, your ambitions, support and strategic oversight are key to your team’s success.
This is a high-impact collaborative role at the heart of our local management team — in close alignment with the regional marketing director, internal departments and external partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Define and lead local marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and global brand position
- Collaborate with local commercial teams to tailor marketing solutions that drive sales and meet client needs
- Lead a team of five professionals incl. managing performance, resources, and budgets to drive efficiency and growth
- Guide the team in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels (B2C and B2B)
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships through consultative marketing support and bespoke campaign planning
- Track and report on campaign and market performance, using insights to adjust strategies and improve ROI
- Represent Ticketmaster externally, occasionally handle media relations and public-facing communication
- Actively contribute to local and regional marketing discussions to align efforts and share best practices
- Champion a collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation to achieve success
WHO YOU ARE
- An inspirational and solution-oriented leader that contributes to a positive and result-driven culture
- Strategically focused, able to steer direction while guiding and supporting the team in the execution of day-to-day execution
- Experience in working across all digital channels to drive demand with B2C and B2B audiences
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating shifting priorities and keeping the team aligned
- A confident and honest communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting
- Proven team management skills and experience overseeing budgets and resource planning
- PR experience and ability to handle local media relations confidently
- Experience with email platforms, social media, CRM, data analytics and planning tools
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Marketing team is dedicated to generating and maximizing fan demand to drive ticket sales. This is achieved through the creation of engaging content across all relevant local marketing channels.
