A Day in the Life
Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations.In this role, you will be part of the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) on-site team, delivering all aspects of managed services at Catharina Ziekenhuis Eindhoven (CZE). You will take a hands-on approach, working directly with key client stakeholders—including clinical staff and various hospital departments. As this position is entirely on-site, flexibility is essential, as occasional travel to other accounts within your designated region or elsewhere in Europe may be required.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage the logistics processes of ordering, receiving, storing, and registering usage on-site for all products and suppliers in scope
- Manage inventory best-in-class and at the lowest costs possible, with a great focus on short UBD (Use-By-Date) management, whilst no procedure gets canceled due to missing materials
- Communicate and work effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders (department management, physicians, nurses and administrative staff)
- Ensure that our inventory management system settings and master data are correctly maintained to optimize processes
- Look for ways to improve our own processes and to create (more) value for our clients
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 4-7 Years Cath Lab, hospital working environment, or experience in a Supply Chain environment.
- Advanced standard of education (bachelor’s degree or similar)
- Process thinking and solutions-oriented problem solver
- Proven track record in data analysis and affinity with numbers
- Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
