A Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing a welcoming and helpful experience to hotel guests by assisting them with their reservations, check-ins and check-outs, as well as responding to their needs and concerns during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Check-ins and Check-Outs
- Responding to the needs and concerns of the guests
- Prepare Room Service orders if needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Able to mulitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to speak English, Dutch is a pre and extra language an advantage
