What you will do
Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and organizing office supplies.
Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate meeting or Metyis colleague.
Document Preparation: Help prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and arranging refreshments.
Mail and Courier Handling: Sort incoming mail and manage outgoing packages.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Office Maintenance: Perform daily rounds to keep the office well-maintained, including restocking snacks and beverages, tidying meeting rooms, cleaning coffee machines, and replenishing printer supplies.
Team Support: Provide general support to Office Support staff and management with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Event Support: Assist in organising and coordinating company events, such as recruitment events, onboarding days, and team gatherings.
What you’ll bring
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from an MBO program.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
A proactive and positive attitude, with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Capacity to work independently as well as effectively collaborate within a team.
