We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member who’s excited to dive deeper into the world of local operations at Check. In this role, you’ll help keep our fleet running smoothly, contribute to employee safety, and support overall operational performance.
The role.
- Administer and process driving fines, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping
- Follow up on speeding flags and escalate cases of reckless driving to Hub Managers
- Handle reports of stolen license plates and assist with related police filings
- Help keep our training materials up to date and relevant
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as speeding, driving scores, swap quality, and damage checks
- Collect input for and send out our monthly Local Ops newsletter
Requirements.
- Able to work 8–16 hours per week, spread over at least two fixed days at HQ. This role can be combined with regular swapping, fixing, mechanic, or support shifts
- Organized and detail-oriented. Able to stay on top of multiple tasks and accurately process fines, review reports, and analyze performance data
- Basic data analysis skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and identifying trends in operational metrics
- Proactive mentality. Spots opportunities for improvement and acts on them without being asked
- Reliable team player. Follows through on responsibilities with consistency and accuracy. Works well with HMs and HQ colleagues
