Do you love to lead a team with compassion and enthusiasm? And do you want to take your management and client service skills to the next level at a large, internationally operating company? As a Team lead operations (Healthcare) at UPS, you manage a team of about 20 warehouse employees. You will be working for the UPS Healthcare global business unit, the youngest member of the UPS family.
What you'll do:
As a Team lead, you organize and optimize the daily logistics operation managing inbound, outbound and customer service activities. You ensure that processes are understood and followed and that orders are processed accurately. It is also your responsibility to achieve the agreed performance, of course, following compliance and safety regulations. New customers? Then it’s your job to take care of the operational onboarding. High quality in your work is essential to you: you are constantly looking for ways to improve various activities and processes. In addition, you supervise the warehouse employees. You conduct performance appraisals, actively work on the development of your people, know what to do in case of illness, and recruit new team members.

What you'll need:
- A degree in logistics or supply chain management;
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
- Willingness to work in shifts;
- Real people management skills: bringing out the best in people gives you energy;
- A quality-driven and accurate work attitude;
- Good communication skills and a stress-resistant character.
