We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic People Development Coach to join our team as a freelancer in our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing team cohesion, optimising squad dynamics, and helping individuals reach their professional and personal potential.

What you can expect in this role:
As an advocate for personal development and team effectiveness, you will work closely with cross-functional squads, promoting a healthy, growth-oriented workplace culture. You will be working closely with our two other People Coaches and be part of our larger People Team where you will collaborate with our Recruiters, Employee Experience Specialists and CPO.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal & Professional Growth Support:
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to support their personal and professional development.
Provide career path guidance, emotional intelligence coaching, and development of soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, time management).
Team performance development:
Collaborate with cross-functional squads to optimise team performance, enhance collaboration, and foster a culture of trust.
Provide ongoing support to resolve internal conflicts and improve interpersonal relationships within teams.
Facilitation & Training:
Develop training programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development.
Help cultivate a psychologically safe environment where feedback is encouraged and accepted.
Assessments & Insights:
Use diagnostics tools (e.g., personality assessments, team health metrics) to evaluate team dynamics and individual growth opportunities.
Requirements
What you bring:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
5+ years of experience in coaching, organisational development, or human resources with a focus on team dynamics and personal development
Previous experience in an HR/People Business Partner or similar role is an advantage
Certification in coaching methodologies is valued
Experience in facilitating workshops, training, and team-building exercises
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and rapport
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organisation to foster growth and development
Experience working within similar/other organisations
Fluency in spoken and written English.
