At Sana Commerce, we’re on a mission to revolutionize B2B e-commerce analytics—and we need a Product Manager - Data Value Services to lead the charge. Our analytics product, Sana Commerce Insights (SCI), is uniquely positioned in the market, combining online sales data, offline sales data, and web analytics into a single powerful tool. This gives our customers unparalleled visibility into their e-commerce performance, enabling them to drive adoption, optimize sales strategies, and unlock new business opportunities. As our Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of this evolution—defining SCI’s north star, shaping its roadmap, and working directly with engineers, data scientists, and software developers to bring your vision to life. You’ll also engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure SCI continuously delivers cutting-edge insights that drive business impact.
Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Defining and driving the vision and roadmap for SCI, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends in advanced analytics.
- Collaborating closely with the development team to break down strategic initiatives into actionable user stories and deliverables.
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and pitch new concepts.
- Translating complex data and analytics requirements into innovative features that drive real value for our customers.
- Staying ahead of industry trends in data analytics, AI-driven insights, visualization and new ways of interaction with data to ensure SCI remains a market leader.
- Owning the backlog and development workflow, ensuring smooth coordination, prioritization, and execution of product features.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a business intelligence, analytics or data-driven environment.
- Strong background in business intelligence (BI) and data analytics/visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar solutions.
- Experience with data modeling and database querying, and working with data engineers/scientists to develop analytics-driven features.
- Experience defining and measuring KPI’s, customer insights, and data-driven business strategies to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions, ensuring that data insights drive tangible business impact.
- Understanding of data storytelling and visualization best practices, how to present insights that drives action.
- Business acumen and product management experience, including Product lifecycle management, P&L understanding, business case development, and ROI estimation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can align diverse perspectives and drive decisions effectively.
- A structured, hands-on approach to execution, ensuring both short-term deliverables and long-term vision are achieved.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning, and AI for analytics, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems.
- Curiosity and research skills—you thrive on uncovering insights and finding creative ways to leverage data for impact.
