Purpose
As product manager Europe for anaesthesia, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from development through to end-of-life, ensuring the division’s profitability and long-term growth. You’ll supports strategic and operational initiatives across European markets. Reporting to the senior product manager, you work cross-functionally to drive product performance, execute launches, and support commercial teams—ensuring alignment with Medline Europe’s overall business goals.
How can you help us?
- Manage the full product lifecycle from product introduction to phase-out : monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities and executing updates or replacements
- Support and execute strategic marketing plans: collaborating with stakeholders to align product positioning, pricing and promotional activities across European markets
- Drive and coordinate product launches: working with cross-functional teams including regulatory, quality, sales, and marketing communications to ensure timely and successful go-to-market execution, resulting in maximum product uptake
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitive intelligence: identifying growth opportunities and gaps in the portfolio, guiding data-driven decisions that strengthen Medline’s position in Anaesthesia market
- Act as the product expert: providing training and support to sales teams
- Manage product documentation and system updates: item creation, pricing and technical files to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Monitor financial performance: reviewing sales data and cost trends to identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations: forecast demand and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimising stockouts or excess
Are you a match?
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related, and strong background in the Anaesthesia field is required - ideally with hands-on experience in clinical, technical, or commercial roles
- Minimum three years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of managing products across the lifecycle
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (up to 10–20%)
