Within Robeco you will work as a Productivity Engineer within the Infrastructure, Corporate and Cloud Services Department.

Position & Requirements
We are looking for a candidate for the position of "Productivity Engineer"
Collaborate with product owners, business owners, stakeholders and teams to understand and identify requirements for existing and new applications. Additionally, provide technical guidance and advice on solution selection and implementation.
Design, implement, test and deploy solutions that align with industry/company best practices and ensure the reliability, scalability and security of our systems and applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for productivity and automation solutions. Guide changes, provide training to other team members and stakeholders together with the team.
Work closely with other DevOps Engineers, architects, developers, infrastructure & IT Delivery teams to integrate productivity and automation tools and practices into our development and deployment pipelines.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in productivity and automation and make recommendations on their adoption.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring uptime and availability.
Generic requirements:
- Profile HBO and/or WO
- 5 years working experience with Power Platform as a developer
- Proficient in the Dutch as well as English language (written and spoken)
- Fulltime position (32-40 hours per week)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including practical experience in implementing these frameworks in IT projects.
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
- Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud platform Azure, especially Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and deployment.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Skills in using monitoring Dynatrace & Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Security: Understanding of security best practices and tools to ensure the integrity and safety of automation solutions.
- Artificial Intelligence: Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience in implementing AI solutions.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
