As Program Manager for the AI Council, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across the IEN organization. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the AI Council, opportunity portfolio management, event coordination, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement. This role is critical to accelerating AI adoption and competence development across Philips
Your role:
1. AI Council Operations
- Manage daily operations of the AI Council, including agenda setting and action tracking.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as AI reuse ratio, automation efficiency, and competence plan progress.
- Support the Chair of the AI Council in steering council activities.
1.1.2 2. Opportunity Sourcing & Portfolio Management
- Facilitate opportunity identification through tools like radar opportunity plots.
- Consolidate and prioritize AI opportunities for acceleration.
- Incubate ideas via experiments or POCs and scale successful initiatives.
- Maintain repositories in DevOps for opportunity tracking, proof points, and lessons learned.
1.1.3 3. Event Management
- Organize cross-learning events, hackathons, and AI marketplaces.
- Coordinate speaker invitations and vendor showcases to highlight AI progress.
1.1.4 4. Communications (in collaboration with Comms Dept.)
- Drive internal engagement through Connect meetings, Viva Engage, and storytelling.
- Highlight AI success stories, proof points, and adoption milestones.
- Support MPR/QPR preparation and develop AI narratives, PR/FAQs.
1.1.5 5. Strategy Articulation
- Co-develop and refine the AI strategy for IEN as insights and maturity evolve.
1.1.6 6. Competence Development
- Partner with competence leaders to build AI capabilities across teams.
- Promote AI champions and certify SMEs in areas like generative AI, NLP, simulation, and code generation.
1.1.7 7. Stakeholder Engagement
- - Foster strong collaboration with the Data & AI team in I&BD.
- Represent IEN in the AI Community of Practice (CoP) as needed
You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
15+ years of experience in managing innovation related programs in a complex stakeholder environment. - Proven track record in program management and transformation.
- You have up-to-date and practical, operational knowledge of the leading concepts, approaches, and methodologies in Program management and event management.
- You have proven change management and transformation skills.
- You have a wide network within your profession, at senior and executive levels.
- You have the drive and initiative to be pro-active in people competence growth.
- Handson experience in applied Data and AI is a must.
