About the Company
JJIM is a passionate organization about the development, production, and marketing of antibodies/viral vectors to prevent and combat diseases. At the Leiden Site, dedicated and multi-scaled people are working in a dynamic culture in which innovation and a 'can do' state of mind are the central points.
Within the QC laboratories of the Janssen Supply Chain the Leiden QC laboratories are responsible to support the production activities in Leiden and perform the QC release and stability testing for Leiden and other production sites in the Janssen Supply chain network.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have
- Automation support on Lab Systems processes and standards and data management.
- Validation of software templates.
- Participates/leads lab systems initiatives and projects according to business needs – commercial or new products (e.g. analytical equipment systems, global platform projects like SDMS; paperless opportunities).
- Admin activities for QC lab instruments.
- Creates, reviews and updates related documentation.
- Cooperates with local/global key stakeholders and represents team in meetings.
- Responsible for related deviation management and coordinator of appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
- Adhere to compliance; data Integrity; GAMP 5 best practices, EHSS regulations and Lean principles.
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert during internal and external (Health Authority) audits.
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with 2-4 years of related working experience.
- Experience in complex methods/software, troubleshooting, advanced equipment/system knowledge.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
